For parties PaySquare also works together with Stichting Third Party Fund PaySquare Foundation (Chamber of Commerce no. 55499023), a third party fund that is co-contracting party to each contract that PaySquare Benelux enters into with its clients. The foundation manages and pays out sums to our clients on behalf of PaySquare. With respect to contracts with PaySquare Germany or Poland, PaySquare receives the sums paid by clients in a Treuhandkonten, a trust account at our bank in Germany in line with Article 13, paragraph 1, 1b of the German Payment Services Supervision Act (Zahlungsdienste-Aufsichtsgesetz). The sums are managed and paid out to our clients from this Treuhandkonten. This ensures that the funds destined for you do indeed reach you. A contract with PaySquare therefore means that you are always assured of receiving your payments, even in the event of e.g. a seizure or the bankruptcy of PaySquare.
For all parties who have a contract with PaySquare in Germany/Poland:
PaySquare receives the sums paid by clients in a trust account (“Treuhandkonto”) held at our bank in Germany in line with Section 13, paragraph 1, no. 1b of the German Payment Services Supervision Act (Zahlungsdienste-Aufsichtsgesetz). The sums are managed and paid out to our clients from this trust account. PaySquare shall ensure that payment amounts received will at no time be combined with the funds of other natural persons or legal entities, with the exception of other customers of PaySquare, and in particular not with its own funds. This ensures that the funds destined for you do indeed reach you. A contract with PaySquare therefore means that you are always assured of receiving your payments, even in the event of e.g. a seizure or the unlikely event of a bankruptcy of PaySquare.
