About PaySquare

Payments with payment cards are safe, save on costs and increase turnover. PaySquare will enable you to accept just about any brand of payment card.

Choose PaySquare
Companies can use PaySquare to accept, process and make payments for virtually any payment card brand. This could be through a POS terminal, website, email or SMS, and includes payments with a credit card or debit card. Which means you won’t have to say no to your customers. Indeed, you can even increase your turnover.

PaySquare processes tens of millions debit and credit card transactions annually for customers in the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Poland, Austria, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. It also supplies and maintains point-of-sale terminals and ATMs in Germany and Poland.

Make life easy
Because doing business is easiest in your own language, we either have local points or speak the language of our customers in most countries. Our headquarters are located in Utrecht. In addition, we have offices in Frankfurt and Warsaw and work with Belgian salespeople.

Choose safety, lower costs and a higher turnover
You can make your and your employee’s safety a priority by accepting payment cards, while saving costs on change, depositing cash and administration (keeping the books). An important reason to accept credit cards is the positive impact on turnover, because more and bigger expenditures are made using credit cards than other payment methods. Credit card holders pay later or spread out their payments, making them more likely to buy. With PaySquare, that extra turnover is also achievable for you.

For parties PaySquare also works together with Stichting Third Party Fund PaySquare Foundation (Chamber of Commerce no. 55499023), a third party fund that is co-contracting party to each contract that PaySquare Benelux enters into with its clients. The sums are managed and paid out to our clients from this Treuhandkonten. This ensures that the funds destined for you do indeed reach you. A contract with PaySquare therefore means that you are always assured of receiving your payments, even in the event of e.g. a seizure or the bankruptcy of PaySquare.
